Only a small number of people struggling with drug addiction and alcoholism get to the last stage of treatment. Addiction is their worst enemy. "Winter in Rehab" documentary is set in one of the rehabilitation centers near Pavlodar, where those who found the strength to fight are rescued. When they get back to their regular lives, after a long rehabilitation, they often relapse and have to start treatment all over again. Every time their path leads them back to Asar, where this documentary unfolds.
